Lets start with a question, what is Adsense?

Make sure that your website is not related to any of the following things,

• Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
• Pornography, adult, or mature content

• Gambling or casino-related content
• Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails

If your site/blog is accepted then you can start to place adsense code in your blog or site. But before doing that, just read about what are the things you should know for not getting banned by adsense.

How much one can earn from adsense?

It depends on how much clicks and traffic you get to your blog or website. There are many people who earn 100´s of U.S. dollars per day. There are some people who earn in 6 digits per annum. But to earn that much money you must get at least 1000 unique visitors per day. If your blog is getting 50-100 unique visitors, you cant expect to earn 100$/month.

As google say, if you concentrate on providing unique quality content, getting traffic and making money will be lot easier.
